Use hand raising for effective group communication

If somebody is giving a talk in real-life, we use hand raising to ask a question or simply to get some feedback from the group. You can also raise your hand in imedu by using the special button in the 'React' panel.

Open the 'react' panel and click on 'Raise hand' raise your hand. You will see a message that your hand is raised, including a button to lower it again. Other people (including the teacher or facilitator) can see all raised hands in the 'People' menu.
